FiveStone, an independent design agency, is seeking a part-time, contract Project Manager to join our team January 2022 through May 2022. The position is expected to be ~20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours depending on project needs. There is also potential for a full-time opportunity after May. This is a remote position however we’d prefer for in-person onboarding and occasional meetings if you’re in the greater Denver/Boulder area. 

About—

FiveStone Project Managers work closely with our Project Leads to plan, coordinate, and implement client projects within the planned budget, timeline, and scope. They serve 3 core functions: (1) project planning, (2) resource management, and (3) client communications. With proven experience managing projects in strategy, branding, and the digital space, our PMs keep projects running smoothly, by managing the day-to-day project needs, monitoring project deliverables, and communicating with all key stakeholders. With a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and diligence, they keep everyone focused on the project goals to finish on time and on budget.

What we’d like to see—

• 6+ years of project management experience (including prior creative agency and client management experience) managing small-to-large projects, from branding to digital to marketing. Experience with brand awareness campaigns and campaign asset production is a plus! 
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Stellar organizational skills. Spreadsheets, timelines, budgeting, and juggling are second nature. 
• Detail-oriented. You notice an incorrect file name or a typo in a client email.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills. You proactively manage expectations, contribute positively to discussions, and know how to deliver bad news well. 
• Strong leadership and ownership. You are self-motivated and thrive in ambiguity, carrying an ease of operating with little direction. 
• A “can do” attitude. You are efficient and creative with time and resources. You can work with lean budgets and creatively deal with unexpected hurdles.
• Familiar with the agency and small company culture. We leave our ego at the door and roll up our sleeves to help how we can. 
• A sense of urgency. Our PMs don’t wait. They get it done. 
• Curious approach and asks great questions. You are eager to learn and continue growing with us.
• Proficient in gDrive (gSheets), Adobe Suite, Harvest, and Monday, and if not, you’re ready to learn.
• Must be comfortable working with a range of social impact clients, including some that are faith-based.

We are a distributed team across New York, NY and Boulder, CO. This is a remote position.
