Who We are Looking For:

Prior experience in a operations role is required. This role will be focused on working with our Sales Director to oversee procurement, production, and deployment of product to our customers.
The role is the perfect fit for someone who is hungry, ready to roll up their sleeves, and prepared to dive into an innovative health and wellness food company. This role will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inventory Management: Work with our sales lead and our Director of Operations to report on inventory and future forecasting needs.
- Procurement: Partner with our suppliers to setup contracts and place orders for upcoming production runs.
- Copacker Management: Partner with our copacking partner to support production, post-production reporting, and forecasting for future runs.
- Analysis: This role will require ongoing analysis of key KPI’s, the synthesis of various data streams, and overall reporting of progress to-date on key business metrics.
- Customer Support: Monitor and respond to inbound customer inquiries in a timely manner; assist with order placements, refunds and/or general questions; report and utilize customer insights and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience.
- Fulfillment: Use EDI software to monitor and fulfill D2B orders per the customer’s receiving specifications; monitor Shopify and fulfillment partner dashboard to ensure ecommerce orders are being fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner; process manual orders for any sample outreach to new customers. Â
- Delivery/Deployment: Ensure deployment of product to sales (D2B) accounts is seamless; schedule deliveries/freight, communicate delivery timing with sales accounts, and coordinate and monitor product transit to ensure an on-time delivery.Â
- Invoicing: Work with the finance team to ensure we are billing our D2B customers in a timely manner once product is delivered; process any ecommerce refunds if necessary.
- Reporting: Report weekly metrics on shipping costs and timing and other metrics as the business grows. Â
- New Customer Set up: Complete on-boarding paperwork for all new customers as needed.
You Have:
- 2+ Years in Operations and Logistics roles
- Experience working in the food industry required
- Experience with of all Microsoft Office Suite products, Shopify, Shipstation, and EDI systems.
- Access to a computer with high speed internet and personal smartphone.
- Bachelor’s degree.
