ALOHA is an employee-owned, organic, plant-based food and beverage company that is seeking a charismatic, high-energy eCommerce Sales leader who demonstrates passion, grit and embraces accountability. The eComm Sales Specialist reports to the VP of Digital Sales and Strategy but is a true team player, collaborating with a number of cross- functional colleagues including the Chief Customer Officer, Head of Finance, and Performance Marketing Team to help build out a best in class eCommerce Sales function.

Candidate must be a self-starter with a passion for winning. As part of a small & scrappy, remote-based team, this person has a proven track record of delivering results and operates with a high level of accountability. This candidate is collaborative, willing and able to wear multiple hats and can flourish in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about meeting stretch objectives and deliverables and holds themselves to a very high standard. Responsibilities • eCommerce Customer relationship ownership/support and execution of multi-channel online digital strategies that drive balanced topline growth • Experience working with eComm/Omnichannel retailers like Amazon, Walmart.com, Thrive, Vitacost, Boxed, Fresh Direct, etc. • Ownership of promotional planning and calendar management, working with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time • Working cross-functionally to develop SEO strategy and continued optimization to drive traffic and new customer acquisition. • Familiarity with Content Service Provider platforms (Syndigo or Salsify) to own brand content management, working closely with brand and marketing teams to ensure all content is accurate and follows best in class standards • Supporting offline/omnichannel sales team to help implement omnichannel best practices with key retail partners and navigating digital sales and marketing customer portals
Full Job Description

Responsibilities

• eCommerce Customer relationship ownership/support and execution of multi-channel online digital strategies that drive balanced topline growth

• Experience working with eComm/Omnichannel retailers like Amazon, Walmart.com, Thrive, Vitacost, Boxed, Fresh Direct, etc.

• Ownership of promotional planning and calendar management, working with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time

• Working cross-functionally to develop SEO strategy and continued optimization to drive traffic and new customer acquisition.

• Familiarity with Content Service Provider platforms (Syndigo or Salsify) to own brand content management, working closely with brand and marketing teams to ensure all content is accurate and follows best in class standards

• Supporting offline/omnichannel sales team to help implement omnichannel best practices with key retail partners and navigating digital sales and marketing customer portals

• Sales reporting, forecasting and KPI tracking across all eCommerce customers

• Project management for leading innovation launch plans, customer big bets and other strategic initiatives

About You

• 4-year Bachelors degree with 4-5+ years of eCommerce Sales experience working with eCommerce and Omnichannel retailers

• Consumer centric sales leader with a strong understanding of digital shopper marketing and omni-channel marketing strategies with an appreciation of how channels work together

• You have excellent time management and project management skills, are a resourceful, meticulous & highly-organized, and creative problem solver that thrives working remotely

• Experience working with Amazon 3P and 1P, as well as Thrive, Vitacost, Walmart.com and other eComm/Omni-Channel retailers is preferred

• Additional digital skills including SEO, SEM and performance marketing are a plus

• Able to handle multiple projects, know where to prioritize, and comfortable enough to ask great questions to inform better and better work output

• Previous experience in a digitally-led company, functioning effortlessly with cross-functional and remote teams. Experience in a scrappy, start-up environment is preferrable
