Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for assisting the BIXBI Sales & Marketing Teams with everyday tasks, with a focus on retailer sales in the independent pet channel. BIXBI Pet needs flexible candidates that can wear many hats and help in a number of different areas up to and including travel if requested.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist sales team with various activities including direct communication with retail store owners and managers with a focus on sales and training support. Other activities include sample distribution, account specific promotion development, customer specific new item assistance, sales material distribution, and other activities where needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified candidates must be comfortable speaking directly with customers via the phone and be interested in the sales process.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be an effective problem solver and comfortable analyzing and formulating solutions independently.
- Comfortable working in a team environment where job lines are sometimes blurry and everyone pitches in.
- Must be very organized.
