The eComm Sales Specialist reports to the VP of Digital Sales and Strategy but is a true team player, collaborating with a number of cross- functional colleagues including the Chief Customer Officer, Head of Finance, and Performance Marketing Team to help build out a best in class eCommerce Sales function.

Core Responsibilities
•Lead and manage all aspects of EDI and non-EDI order processing in QuickBooks: purchase order processing, confirmations, distribution and warehouse logistics, proof of deliveries and delivery confirmation.
•Key Customer Experience: Amazon (both 3P Seller and 1P Vendor Central), including creating ASN labels.
•Communicate with sales (internally) and with customers (externally) on any supply chain related issues. Maintain inventory reports, updating finance team on any discrepancies
•Verify order pricing is always accurate; business-savvy and financially attuned
•Understand third-party warehouse procedures, including logistics providers and any 3PL (broker/distributors) to facilitate timely shipments and pick-ups. Proactively identity potential issues and reactively solve transportation, logistics systems, exports and customer issues.
•Ensure product inventory to available in DC and ready-to-ship dates according to customer timelines. Coordinate inbound shipping with supplier, broker and warehouse
