Brief Summary of Job
Full Job Description

Background
Safe Rx locking prescription vials (LPV®s) cut off the number one source for teen drug abuse in the US and are expected to generate a significant impact on the opioid epidemic and pediatric poisonings.  The Company sells to clinical pharmacies that fill prescriptions in its vials, and other clinical verticals that provide them to patients for use in medication assisted treatment and other safe storage applications.   The Company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support both the consumer and dispensing sales efforts.

Location/ Travel
Office based position in Greenwood Village, CO. Occasional travel for conferences and meetings, sometimes requiring overnight stays, occasional weekends.

Responsibilities Include

  • Calling Sales Leads from a provided list or from own market research
  • Completion of meeting tracker
  • Account management
  • Keeping information up to date in Zoho
  • Answering the customer services number during working hours
  • Handling and keeping records of calls, comments, and complaints
  • Assisting CEO with organizing meetings and other admin tasks
  • Fulfilling orders through Amazon and Shopify
  • Shipping samples to customers
  • Maintaining office sample supplies
  • Social media: responding to comments and post creation
  • Assisting with admin tasks such a scanning, filing, and organizing
  • Conference planning

Education and Experience

  • College degree from accredited college or university Sales Experience: 1 year preferred
  • Customer Service: 2 years preferred
  • Social media management experience: 1 year preferred
  • Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Key Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Independent self-starter who uses their initiative
  • Experienced in word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-orientated
  • The company and healthcare regulations require you to be fully vaccinated

Salary Range and Benefits

  • Full time Monday to Friday, occasional weekends for conferences/meetings
  • Salary Type: Exempt
  • Pay Frequency: Semi-Monthly           
  • Annual Base Salary Range: $40,000 to $60,000
  • Sales commission based on new customer acquisition/growth of business
  • Medical & Pharmacy Coverage: United Healthcare
  • Dental Coverage:
  • Vision Coverage
  • PTO provided
