Custom Solar is currently seeking experienced solar installers to lead a team of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential projects. Pay commensurate with experience with potential for advancement and increased pay with role and responsibilities. Construction and solar experience is necessary. Strong work ethic, good attitude and excellent communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will pay close attention to detail and have a true passion for the solar industry. Please provide a resume detailing your previous solar and construction experience as well as 2-3 solar related references.

Job Requirements:
– Ability to work safely on pitched roofs
– Own your own basic hand tools
– Be able to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 lbs frequently)
– Be able to lead a team of installers
– Valid Driver's  License and clean driving record
– Professional appearance, punctual, and organized
– Maintain a safe work environment for the entire installation team (We follow OSHA regulations)l

Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the construction  and solar industry is required
– Electrical knowledge
– Technical Solar/Construction training
– OSHA training
– NABCEP certification
