OUR NEXT PHASE & THE ROLE:

It is truly an exciting time to join the 34 Degrees team! Over the last decade we have grown to be a leader in the specialty deli category with our core line of Entertaining Crisps. It is with the same passion that we continue to grow our company’s next phase, an expansion into the snacking category.

In this new role, the Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for working closely with Sales & Marketing to manage 34 Degrees’ digital transformation. This position will focus on optimizing consumer engagement strategy across all ecommerce channels to drive brand awareness and revenue while improving UX across all platforms. This position is ideally suited for a candidate who thrives in a creative and entrepreneurial culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but not limited to:

  • Manage overall day-to-day ecommerce business with an emphasis on Shopify/DTC and Amazon platforms
  • Lead ecommerce sales and growth initiatives across organization aligning with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and brand marketing
  • Support and direct the development of digital marketing strategies that meet revenue and growth targets
  • Help shape integrated ecommerce and social promotions and campaigns by managing digital ad strategy and execution as well as email marketing efforts
  • Build and manage customer acquisition framework for ecommerce channels
  • Manage Shopify site by identifying and overseeing site functionality, DTC strategies, and support executions with fulfillment partner
  • Ensure Amazon ecosystem is optimized for growth including strategies around product pages, pricing, and promotion
  • Manage and lead vendor partners to activate and grow digital platforms specific to ecommerce
  • Monitor key metrics and provide analysis, reporting, and insights that inform business and digital marketing strategies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3 - 5 years digital/ecommerce marketing experience; CPG experience strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of Shopify (or similar DTC/ecommerce platform) and Amazon with proven track record of growing ecommerce brand revenue
  • Hands-on experience and deep working knowledge leading programs across digital channels
  • Strong analytic skills – metrics tracking, dashboard creation and ability to extract insights from data and calculate program performance
