Job Overview
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will work in our closely-knit team developing, implementing and managing online marketing programs, websites, social media, creative content and guest-related programs. The ideal candidate demonstrates enthusiasm and passion for all facets of marketing and loves the restaurant industry. You will get to work in an innovative and exciting atmosphere while shaping our digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage online digital presence across all marketing channels with an emphasis on creating unique and engaging content for social media, display advertising and branded websites
- Work with vendors to ensure that websites are updated and optimized using current best practices for SEO
- Continually manage content and advertising on social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring imagery and copy is consistent with the identity and positioning of each restaurant brand
- Measure ROI on social media ad spend and set program KPIs
- Manage Guest Relations Specialist, overseeing guest response sent through social media and company websites
- Monitor brand reputation and ensure guest relations response accordingly
- Manage promotional campaigns including requesting creative, overseeing production and sending a marketing recap once completed
- Utilize current reporting from agencies, Google My Business analytics and social networks to optimize and drive improved content
- Maintains and stores a chronological media library and electronic files of all advertising materials by brand and activity
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Hands on experience with Google My Business Analytics and CRM website software
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat is a plus!
Qualifications
Education/Formal Training
A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
Experience
Required to have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing position. Restaurant experience preferred.
