Flatiron Pepper is on a mission to liberate the world from generic red pepper flakes. We manufacture a wide variety of chile peppers, including Jalapeno, Hatch Green Chile, Ghost Pepper, Gochugaru, Chipotle and many more. Our products are sold around the country to a variety of pizza restaurants and retail establishments, as well as direct to consumer.
We show customers how much flavor chile peppers have in addition to their notorious heat, and how their wide variety of flavor profiles can be better matched to specific cuisines.

This will (most likely) be one of the weirdest jobs you'll ever have. One day you'll be helping customers place orders on the website, other days you'll be helping keep our food safety plan up to date, or you'll be running a booth at the Pizza Expo in Vegas, or helping our production team take inventory of raw materials, or sending out invoices, or managing our fulfillment team, or helping develop content for social media.....you get the idea. Â
We're looking for someone who is passionate about food and is passionate about helping grow a small business. You must be able to work and think autonomously and have a good amount of common sense.
You'll be working directly with our founders, and will have the opportunity to make the position your own. Although you'll be asked to do a variety of random things, you'll also have the freedom to focus on other areas you may find more interesting. Advertising, food safety, logistics planning, sales...Â
