Full Job Description

You will be a key contributor to the North America marketing team. The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the equity and growth of the Swerve brand. Swerve began in natural low carb sugar alternatives, has expanded into bake mixes, and is continuing to innovate in current and new categories with delicious, better-for-you, low carb and low/no sugar options. 

 

This role will support Swerve base business management and growth initiatives, innovation commercialization, marketing communications execution, and in-store support (iBotta, etc.). The ideal candidate has a passion for brand building with purpose-led brands using business as a force for good, has strong analytical skills, is a positive “can do” team player, is resourceful, a commercialization/project management enthusiast, and loves working with others to make things happen!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Swerve brand (base and innovation) in North America, including execution of base business growth initiatives and innovation commercialization. May include support of an additional brand for the right candidate, with significant room to grow with our expanding portfolio of brands.
  • Supports Senior Brand Manager in leading all marketing communications, inclusive of influencer management and strategy, targeted digital, leading CRM newsletter copy/optimization with brand loyalists and Registered Dietician network, agency relationships, iBotta/digital couponing programs, budget management, and owning KPI tracking and reporting
  • Drives analytics and prepares monthly business review (Nielsen consumption data), and monthly competitive tracking
  • Reports to Senior Brand Manager of Swerve and Whole Earth brands

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 – 5 years of brand management experience in Food CPG
  • Entrepreneurial, takes initiative, and personally connects with our social and environmental values.
  • Experience executing marketing communications, including working with agencies.
  • Project management and cross-functional experience, especially in leading new graphics rollouts, and supporting new product launches
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to diagnose business challenges and think through solutions/strategies
  • Experienced with Nielsen AOD consumption data. SPINS experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; MBA nice to have.
