Overview:

This Transaction/Operations Manager is a key member that must be dedicated to providing exceptional support and critical thinking. Our Team is looking for a strategic and self-motivated candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit. Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and organized in a fast-paced environment. A can- do attitude is a must, along with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and coordinate information on all new listings, including setting up photography and working with marketing team to launch listing.

  • Help facilitate monthly newsletter.

  • Manage listings on databases and post on Craigslist and Crexi.

  • Manage office operations, vendors, tenants, security system, order supplies.

  • Manage sale transaction from start to finish; create and manage critical dates for each deal, organize

    and coordinate due diligence documents and files, review settlement statements, coordinate closing.

  • Complete closed files for sales and lease transactions, put together commission spreadsheets, closed

    files and send out invoices.

  • This role communicates with clients, title companies, brokers, vendors, etc.

  • Pay office bills each month for office.

  • Track and monitor day-to-day transaction work alongside team.

  • Schedule, coordinate and run weekly team meetings.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor listings, clients, closed deals, commissions/etc.

    Desired traits/qualifications:

  • A positive and helpful attitude

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep track of priorities

  • Great organizational skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Dropbox a plus

  • Capability to work unsupervised

  • Ask questions as we are all learning together

  • Independent contractor position

  • Pay based on experience

  • Real Estate Experience preferred but not required

  • Understanding of basic accounting (small portion of the role)

Location: Downtown Boulder

Role: 30-40 hours a week
