OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Global Content Marketing Director, you will be an important member of the Global Marketing team helping to execute BOA's brand strategy and working closely with the Creative, Regional Trade Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to create campaigns for BOA. You will help support our consumer marketing efforts through journey mapping, email marketing strategy and content, and improvement of the consumer experience both online and at retail. You will bring the consumer and internal stakeholders along with your storytelling and identify creative solutions to gaps in our marketing strategy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly role model BOA's values to your team and others
- Summarize technical product information and complex product features into presentation-worthy talking points and catalog copy
- Partner with Digital and Creative teams to help turn analytics into action by developing an email marketing strategy and communication plan that aligns to BOA's brand marketing plan
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager and Consumer Research manager to build consumer personas and segmentations to understand motivations and impacts to the consumer journey
- Work with global brand leaders to build packaging, retailer and point of purchase strategies, highlighting BOA in the marketplace and building brand awareness
- Manage the editorial calendar that covers news from our Performance Fit Lab and help build a comprehensive thought leadership strategy
- Partner with Brand and Trade Marketing teams to align our global efforts with brand partner plans so we can balance B2B and B2C goals
- Work across Marketing and Product to integrate and communicate product marketing plans into global brand campaigns and brand partner support
- Provide constant oversight of the brand standards and messaging through consumer channels
- Execute brand marketing planning, budgeting, expenses, and reporting
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of Marketing experience
- Experience building email marketing strategy with a digital marketing team
- Progressive experience in marketing program development
- Ability to draw conclusions from different sources of data and provide recommendations based on holistic picture
- Experience in consumer journey mapping, personas creation and building marketing strategies that connect with the right consumer at the right time
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people around the world
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree concentration in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Experience in the sports or outdoor industries
OVERVIEW OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Budgeted salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
- We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
- This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus

- BOA Denver is a “Fully Vaccinated Facility”, and we require all visitors to be fully vaccinated (this means you should have received a Moderna or Pfizer shot within the last 5 months or a Johnson shot within the last 2 months).
