OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Global Content Marketing Director, you will be a member of the Content team and a leader within Global Marketing. You will partner with our teams across the globe to build BOA's brand strategy, marketing and communications plan, and help create campaigns for BOA. You will also leverage your strategic thinking to support business development projects, brand optimizations, and management of the daily operations of the brand suite. To support the team, you will manage relationships with outsourced agencies as we continue to build and launch new campaigns.
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Regularly role model BOA's values to your team and others
  • Work with global brand leaders on campaign strategy to build integrated marketing communication programs (using PR, email, social, and digital)
  • Manage campaigns to ensure key milestones and KPIs are met
  • Set up both internal teams and external agencies for success with strategic project briefs that include goals, intended outcomes, budgets and deadlines for all requested materials and services
  • Support marketing and media planning, creating calendars and reporting against goals and KPIs
  • Manage the BOA brand, providing constant oversight of the brand messaging through consumer channels
  • Drive consistency in brand across the organization, maximizing brand awareness and analyzing areas of opportunity
  • Manage the PR strategy, oversee the relationship with BOA's outside agency and work with regional teams to secure coverage, reviews and reports on the brand, products, and activities within core and mainstream markets
  • Work with Digital and Creative teams to help turn analytics into action by developing a communications plan that aligns to BOA's brand marketing strategy and plan

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of branding or marketing experience, including media and campaign planning
  • Progressive experience in marketing program development
  • Project management experience that enables you to manage deadlines, budgets and competing priorities
  • Experience writing and delivering detailed and inspiring creative briefs
  • Ability to draw conclusions from disparate sources of data and provide recommendations based on holistic picture
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe
  • A creative approach to how you look at problems and generate ideas
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree concentration in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Creative agency experience
OVERVIEW OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 
  • Budgeted salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
    • We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
    • This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus

  • BOA is committed to the safety of our employees, and to upholding our values which include caring for each other and for our community. We also want to make sure that as a candidate and employee you feel safe, and aware of our protocols.
  • BOA Denver is a “Fully Vaccinated Facility”, and we require all visitors to be fully vaccinated (this means you should have received a Moderna or Pfizer shot within the last 5 months or a Johnson shot within the last 2 months). At all times at least 95% of in-office employees must fully vaccinated. This means that fully vaccinated employees may choose remove their masks in the office. If you are not comfortable with this, we will respect your sense of safety and employees in a meeting with you will remain masked.
  • You will be asked for a copy of your vaccination record to attend any in-person interviews, and to work in the office.
