• Regularly role model BOA’s values to your team and others
• Work with the Global Marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that build and evolve the BOA brand in a strategic way
• Communicate and enforce proper brand standards internally and with BOA's Brand Partners
• Support video efforts of the Creative team and communication with external partners
• Edit video content so that it aligns with BOA’s digital content strategy
• Maintain quality and consistent presentation of the BOA brand across media types and web platforms to increase traffic and brand visibility
• Lead the production and editing of high-quality original content including sizzle reels, marketing presentations, interviews, tutorials, town hall videos and executive communications
• Create dynamic motion-based content to elevate BOA’s presence in digital and on social media
• Support pre-production efforts, and oversee on-set productions and post-production process
• Help organize assets essential to the production of content
• Maintain understanding of digital platforms and what kind of content will work best for each so that our content is engaging, original and facilitates our brand presence
• Work with the Creative team to support projects across all mediums, including social media, digital, motion, photography, video, events, promotions, environmental graphics, apparel, and campaigns
• Conduct in-house product and employee photo shoots
• Build an awareness of current trends in video content and design
• Be a resource to other BOA departments for video content needs

• Design degree, either Bachelor's or vocational
• 4+ years experience in video and photo content shooting and editing
• Advanced experience with digital editing software (Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, or other editing software)
• Experience leading projects from start to finish, and working directly with clients, crew and vendors
• Technical knowledge of production sets including set up, appropriate gear and equipment lists, shooting, and lighting
• Advanced graphic, music, and sound design skills
• Comfort presenting a portfolio/reel of work to diverse groups of people across the globe
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally

• BOA Denver is a “Fully Vaccinated Facility”, and we require all visitors to be fully vaccinated (this means you should have received a Moderna or Pfizer shot within the last 5 months or a Johnson shot within the last 2 months). At all times at least 95% of in-office employees must fully vaccinated. This means that fully vaccinated employees may choose remove their masks in the office. If you are not comfortable with this, we will respect your sense of safety and employees in a meeting with you will remain masked.
• You will be asked for a copy of your vaccination record to attend any in-person interviews, and to work in the office.
