Denver Arts & Venues is looking to hire a Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator with 3+ years of marketing experience to join our agency and work on brands such as Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Denver Performing Arts Complex, Denver Public Art, Five Points Jazz Festival and other cultural programs. This role will assist the marketing team in the creation of original content and deployment of messaging and storytelling through digital channels including email, website, social media, and on-site platforms. This is the perfect role for a creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Additionally, the Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator can expect too:

Build content plans and execute a results-driven social media strategy. Content may feature venue news and updates, cultural initiatives, agency storytelling, revenue-generation programs, partner activations and more.

Publish, post and schedule error-free content daily across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.

Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments.

Monitor social and digital marketing industry trends and adapt our platforms accordingly.

Manage email campaigns, including the creation and deployment of various Arts & Venues newsletters and event “know before you go” emails.

Manage website updates across multiple brands in WordPress and other CMS platforms.

Assist in the creation of promotional graphics supporting venue programs and cultural initiatives. Also minor graphics editing, such as resizing or reformatting images.

Recap digital campaign performance and track all results.

Participate in brand strategy discussions and campaign development. We want you to share your ideas on how to promote our initiatives.
About You
Our ideal candidate has:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, digital/social, advertising, communications

3+ years of digital marketing and social media experience for prominent brands
-
Passion for arts, entertainment, music and culture
-
Content strategy and social media campaign deployment experience
-
Experience managing multiple social media accounts
-
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
-
Organized to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously

Extremely detail oriented
