The Growth Marketing Director is a mission-critical role at No Cow. This person is responsible for developing and leading the growth strategy and execution of our DTC Ecommerce channel and supporting programs. Ecommerce is large part of No Cow’s business and a key focus for future investment. The candidate must be able to lead a growing team, be hands-on when necessary, and be extremely passionate about building a critical channel of growth for the brand. Specifically, this person will be:
- Creating and implementing strategy to meet the high growth objectives of our owned e-commerce accounts (with a focus on customer acquisition via nocow.com)
- Overseeing paid search/social strategy and managing agency partners to hit KPI targets across channels such as Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google, and Bing
- Evolving the NoCow.com website experience and optimizing conversion rate
- Using retention marketing tactics (email, SMS, and loyalty programs) to grow customer LTV
- Using data analytics to track, project, and optimize KPIs such as LTV, CAC, retention rates, etc. to ensure achievement of growth objectives across marketing channels and funnel positions
- Partnering with retail sales team to ensure channel harmony, promotional strategy alignment and best practices across teams
- Working closely with Brand Marketing on content creation, messaging optimization, influencer strategies, and promotional events
- Collaborating with Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, appropriate inventory levels, and optimal 3rd party logistics
- Consulting with retail marketing and helping execute tactics for retail platforms, including Instacart, iBotta, and Kroger Precision Marketing
- Communicating with diverse audiences, and incorporating the perspectives of multiple communities specifically racially, ethnically, and gender diverse communities

What We’re Looking For:
- Preference for local Denver area, but remote available
- 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with proven track record in DTC growth marketing
- Hands on experience with paid and organic digital marketing tactics across search, social, and programmatic marketing platforms
- Experience with Shopify strongly preferred
- Strong analytic capability and familiarity with relevant DTC metrics
- Prior experience with high growth, DTC-oriented emerging/start-up companies
- Passion for our mission and can live the brand
