SENIOR MANAGER – SALES PLANNING AND ANALYTICS

Honey Singer Seeks to fill the role of Senior Manager – SPA, based in Steamboat Springs, CO. This position will report to the VP of sales and facilitate sales reporting, forecasting, trade promotion management, and analysis. Will also partner with finance and operations to ensure cross functional connectivity related to volume and revenue forecasting and promotional spending.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain customer-level demand and sales revenue forecasts accounting for distribution expansion, promotional activities and notable events to inform accurate production planning.
  • Work with operations and finance to optimize production and revenue forecasting by customer
  • Oversight and management of TPM Tool – Cresicor
  • Work with the finance team to facilitate deduction clearing and processing via the TPM tool
  • Capture and aggregate customer level trade/promotional activities/contracts to determine annual trade spend vs. plan and facilitate/monitor monthly trade accrual.
  • Conduct modeling exercises to estimate the effectiveness & efficiency (ROI) of proposed promotional plans/tactics.
  • Track distribution progress against plan and highlight key distribution risks and opportunities for sales.
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly customer level sales reporting
  • Prepare monthly presentations on sales performance, customer sales reporting, and trade promotion.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to provide customer insights to drive business decisions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong business acumen with attention to numbers and budget management
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business, sales or related field required
  • At least five years of experience in a related field

Salary Range: $130,000 – 140,000
