OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the North America Marketing Director, you will be a member of our global Commercial team, focusing on North America. You will execute successful Trade Marketing activations across assigned business industries and lead all Digital Trade Marketing initiatives. You will also create the trade show/event strategy and lead the development of retail programs designed to build the BOA brand, create consumer awareness and demand, and drive sales.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly role model BOA's values to your team and others
- Align and execute against Trade Marketing industry-level strategies, key programs, and Brand Partner initiatives
- Develop the trade show and industry-related event strategy with a focus on Brand Partner support, BOA brand amplification, and in-person engagement and education
- Own the product launch calendar for North America and collaborate with Content, Creative, Commercial and PR teams
- Support website and content development related to Digital Trade initiatives, including product uploads, featured products, launch calendar management, studio photoshoot coordination, sample turnover, and story promotion for social media
- Partner with the Commercial and Marketing teams to develop an omni-channel retail marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and sell-through
- Drive brand standards excellence across Brand and Retail Partners by delivering updated marketing materials and managing key relationships
- Collaborate with the Content, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to create content around seasonal Brand Partner stories and product launches
- Work with the Director of Marketing - NA in the development and management of the Trade Marketing budget
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing or a related field
- Understanding of B2B brand partner relationship management and marketing
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe
- Retail experience at the corporate or store level
- Basic knowledge of content and digital marketing, including social media development, e-Commerce merchandising and marketing, and public relations
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Field marketing and/or event management experience
- Passion for industries such as Outdoor/Trail Running, Cycling (Road/MTB), Alpine Ski
OVERVIEW OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Budgeted salary range: $60,000 - $65,000
- We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
- This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus
