Only Natural Pet is looking for an Ecommerce Associate to lead the optimization efforts for 3-5 of the brand’s major digital initiatives. We are currently looking to hire for the following programs:   Subscription Program, Loyalty Program, Marketplaces, Product Catalog Management, Reporting and Analytics, Social Media/Community, UI/UX Enhancements, Conversion Rate Optimization, Copy Writing, International, Competitor Research.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Ecommerce Associate interested in learning and contributing to the day-to-day activities of our growing business, with a passion for being a self-starter and a love for pets!

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead the growth marketing efforts related to 3-5 of the major digital initiatives listed above
• Regular reporting and analysis to measure success and constantly improve
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between departments related to the initiatives
• Support the execution of other marketing and merchandising campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with the Marketing & Merchandising Team to build amazing customer experiences
• Assist with other projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct experience in digital marketing/ecommerce
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Experience in any of the initiatives above a HUGE plus
