Position

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our newly created marketing function at ChatLingual. Our immediate goal is to build our organization’s brand and product narrative as well as our inbound marketing foundations across digital channels. Another area of focus is Account Based Marketing, where we will be working closely with the sales team to enable them to close the right deals fast. In the B2B field, our main customers are large enterprises with global reach, primarily based in North America and EMEA.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing demand generation campaigns and all digital marketing activities to support those goals, including email automation, digital advertising, social media, website updates and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has a T shape profile, with very deep expertise in one of those areas and some level of experience in the rest of the areas, including writing copy for the digital channels when needed. This person feels comfortable in fast-paced environments and is motivated by achieving short term and long term goals connected to business growth. This person enjoys collaboration with other marketers and with coworkers in other departments.

This is an individual contributor role who will be hands on execution while being able to think strategically and at a high level. This role will work closely with and report to our Director of Global Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute all inbound marketing programs to drive brand awareness and MQLs
  • Build email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, etc.
  • Build, report and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including search, retargeting, display, social
  • Design, build, and maintains our social media presence, LinkedIn as a priority
  • Build and optimize our Account Based Marketing strategy and execution in collaboration with our sales team to drive MQLs and SQLs
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and OKRs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Build customer centric and segmented marketing campaigns ensuring outstanding customer experience to the right personas.
  • Implement and optimize lead scoring programs
  • build different types of attribution models

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in similar role
  • Email automation (Hubspot experience preferred but not required) and CRM experience
  • Digital advertising: search, retargeting, display, social
  • Social media marketing
  • Content Management System (WordPress experience preferred but not required)

Preferred

  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Account Based Marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with global customers and understanding of differences of marketing to US vs EMEA
  • GDPR understanding and knowledge
  • Writing copy for email and social
  • Basic design, photo editing experience
  • Experimental approach and agile mindset
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Enjoys fast-paced environments
  • Rolls up their sleeves and jumps in to help where needed
  • Independent yet collaborative

Preferred experience in the following tools:

  • Hubspot Marketing Hub and CRM
  • WordPress CMS

Other (not required)

Fluency or ability to speak/understand German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese

Compensation Range: $75,000-$95,000/year
