Krimson Klover is a women’s-powered apparel brand based in Boulder, CO looking for someone to join our Sales & Customer Service team. This person is a highly self-motivated, reliable, organized and experienced Sales & Customer Service Associate. This role will be the Company’s liaison to our customers and other companies with whom we do business - the point of contact (resource) for customers, sales reps & management. This person must be diligent, able to work well with others, have excellent communication skills and have prior experience in customer service and / or sales. You must be a creative problem solver. If you ski, ride, bike, swim and relate to the multi-sport active outdoor enthusiast who wears our brand it’s a plus.

Full Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Provide an excellent customer experience for both consumer retail customers and wholesale customers
  • Manage customer questions and support via phone, email, web chat and social media
  • Be a strategic problem solver. Solving problems before they arise when possible
  • Work with Quickbooks, NuOrder, Shopify and Sand
  • Review and enter wholesale customer purchase orders, process shipments, track freight and create invoices
  • Work with credit manager on customer terms
  • Assist with returns & exchanges. Create credit memos
  • Communicate with fulfillment house
  • Stay updated on product knowledge from season to season
  • Work with the KK team providing useful insight, recommendations and solutions
  • Deliver monthly reporting of all CS issues and resolutions
  • Assist with warehouse sales
  • Actively participate in set up and take down of public events
  • Act as an extra hand when other teams need help

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of sales & customer service experience
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and positive
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Ski / outdoor industry experience a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • MS Office expert, familiar with Quickbooks Enterprise and NuOrder a plus

Benefits:

  • Part-time or full-time hourly, $18-22/hour
  • This position will start part time at approximately 30 hours a week and increase as our needs grow.  Number of days and days of the week up for conversation.
