We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead efforts in innovation planning, packaging design, market analysis and advertising on both Ancient Harvest & Pamela’s.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop & project manage the innovation pipeline for both brands
- Analyze and report consumption trends for our brands and competition across channels to identify new opportunities for the brands
- Aid in the pricing & profitability analysis of existing and future innovation projects
- Lead the execution of paid advertising campaigns (e.g. social, search, digital, PR, etc.) while forecasting budgets and reporting results for broader organization
- Work with agency partners to develop creative assets to deliver on campaign needs
- Lead the management and execution of all packaging artwork development and updates
- Identify and cultivate brand partnerships with relevant organizations to execute mutually beneficial awareness building activities
- Work closely with the sales team to communicate plans & offer general support
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing positions in consumer packaged goods companies, ideally with some exposure to launching products into a retail environment
- Strong analytical skills, ideally having used SPINS IRI and/or Nielsen data reports previously
- Experience managing digital marketing programs or campaigns
- Adaptable to change and the fast pace of an entrepreneurial culture
- Independent and self-motivated
- Strong organization, budgeting, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
