SUMMARY
Purely Elizabeth is seeking a highly motivated Senior DTC Marketing Manager to support our rapidly growing ecommerce businesses. This role will help create and deliver an ambitious digital marketing strategy including GoogleAds, social, email, display, SMS, and more. This role will also act as the lead for PurelyElizabeth.com business, including traffic generation, site optimization, driving strong revenue growth. This is an exciting role that will be joining a very newly formed ecommerce team that is ready to hit the ground running!Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on all things digital marketing, including but not limited to social marketing, GoogleAds, Google Shopping, CPC, email, SMS, and display advertising.Â
- Drive growth across the PurelyElizabeth.com business through expertise in Shopify and direct to consumer best practices, including CRO, SEO, app management, site design, A/B testing, analytics, and more.
- Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy for PE.com including direct management and execution of campaigns and budgets.Â
- Partner in building and maintaining a robust promotional calendar across channels, including supporting marketing activation to drive success.
- Identify growth opportunities across the ecommerce channel, and develop/implement strategies to achieve them.Â
- Measure, analyze, and report on results of digital marketing efforts, including acquisition cost, traffic generation, conversion, ROAS, and more.
- Support weekly and monthly forecasting process to assist in inventory planning and order management for ecommerce customers through ad attributed sales projections and promotional planning.Â
- Collaborate with internal teams and/or external agency partners on optimizing website content and usability to maximize conversion and provide a best in class customer experience.
- Create monthly reporting to showcase digital marketing performance and present to internal team. Provide ad hoc analysis as needed, including in-depth analysis of consumer insights, site performance, sell-through trends, traffic, customer lifetime value, etc.
- Build and optimize product detail pages to increase conversion and effectively showcase our value proposition through best in class content, including A/B testing on PE.com.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceÂ
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience, robust Shopify experience required. Experience leading digital marketing for a high-growth DTC brand highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of direct ownership of digital marketing budgets, including forecasting and building budgets, full oversight of all digital marketing activation, and accountability for revenue targets and delivery.Â
- Must have experience managing Shopify front end (ex: product landing pages, content, promotions) and back end (ex: apps, analytics, CRO).
- Expertise building and executing campaigns across all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social, email, Google Ads, CPC, SMS, and display.
- Subject matter expert on digital marketing best practices and new opportunities in a rapidly evolving ecommerce marketplace
- Experience marketing for a consumables business highly preferred, experience working in the grocery and/or natural channel a plus
- Highly analytical and comfortable managing large data sets in Excel, experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools a plus.Â
- Ability to be highly strategic while planning for big picture objectives, but also willing to roll up your sleeves and execute as needed to support a small team in a high growth environment.
- Confident self-starter with ambitious drive, initiative, decisiveness, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions. Enjoys autonomy and can manage competing priorities without micromanagement.
