Trailhead is looking for a fractional COO with the potential to evolve into a full‐time, permanent role. You should be passionate about regenerative agriculture and entrepreneurship! This role is designed for a high‐energy self‐motivated and ambitious individual who wants to play an instrumental role in Trailhead's next chapter as an early‐stage venture firm. You will have significant day one responsibility requiring a highly organized, detail‐oriented, and entrepreneurial mind that wants to be challenged and stretched. We are a small, integrated team building a world‐class venture capital organization and we’re looking for someone who appreciates working autonomously while also having access to a collaborative team for brainstorming and execution. o Design scalable systems for portfolio support and communication, working alongside the investment team and firm leadership to identify solutions spanning investment onboarding, portfolio company support, peer working groups and event programming

o Mentor network engagement and growth
