An exciting opportunity to join a Boulder-based business dedicated to innovating home management and maintenance for Boulder area homeowners. Our culture is collaborative, focused, transparent, and employee-first focused. 

Our goal is to make owning and maintaining your home easy - giving homeowners the time to get back to doing what matters most in life. We operate with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, effective communication, and nailing the details.

Offering a single point of contact, the Homeowner Concierge provides a five-star level of service and approach to home management for our high-end clients. 

Responsibilities & Duties

• Guides high-end homeowners through the onboarding process.
• Manages annual schedule of preventative home maintenance along with special projects, repairs, and ad hoc requests.
• Creates standard operating procedures to streamline efficiency, improve organization, and increase productivity in all aspects of the business.
• Schedules vendors for small to mid-scale home projects ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Basic level of cost tracking and invoicing procedures 
• Manages vendor and client relationships and works to build new ones.
• Checks in on homes when homeowners are out of town (as requested). 
• Wears lots of hats, is willing to jump in as a self-starter, and enjoys offering support to a great team. There are a lot of task opportunities to fulfill and job titles to create!

Hours: Flexible full time at 30-40hrs a week. 

Compensation: $25 - $30/hr, negotiable depending on experience.
