The Position
This position will oversee EarthHero’s rapidly growing Sustainable Corporate Gifting program, a fast-paced vertical of the EarthHero business that’s on a mission to bring positive sustainable impact to the world of corporate gifting.
The Sustainable Corporate Gifting team exists to help companies become more mindful of the way in which they source products for clients, employees and events, through mindful corporate gifting and sustainable swag. Long term relationship building is critical as we seek to build a large group of recurring customers.
This position will also serve on our leadership team, and have an influential role with our growth strategy and overall company culture.
Salary:
$70K - $100K base up to $140K including commission
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute strategic plan to meet sales targets and expand the program’s client base and service offering
- Drive revenue growth by developing enterprise-level relationships and executing on a pipeline of new sustainably minded corporate relationships
- Execute on monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prospect through outreach emails, phone-calls, and face-to-face meetings
- Build strong relationships with our product vendors, collaborating with our internal Sustainable Sourcing team to meet and/or exceed our customers gifting needs
- Collaborate with marketing team do develop an omni-channel marketing strategy to increase the business’s sales pipeline
- Create a structured sales prospecting program, through email outreach, phone-calls, and face-to-face meetings
- Develop new systems and workflows to create greater operational efficiency for order management and fulfillment
- Implement a new B2B corporate gifting online marketplace (a unique portion of our website) through Shopify to increase ease in which companies can purchase gifts.
- Join networking groups, and other organizations to build your personal brand, and pipeline.

It’s important that they understand the larger reaching impact of conscious consumerism and how to use products and commerce as a medium for environmental education and positive impact.
Skills Needed:
- Proven pipeline driven sales experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be a positive contributor and bring a positive attitude to the organization and its culture
- Maintain excellent attention to detail, self-discipline, and determination
- Organize your day and week around daily demands and larger quarterly goals
- Exceptional project management skills: ability to organize, track, and manage multiple tasks within each project
- Flexibility: as a start-up, job duties will include a little bit of everything! We’ll need you to adapt easily and take on new tasks when needed.
- Ability to stay focused in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (ie: process change, automation, new features, reporting/data analysis).
- Proficiency in Excel and with design applications such as Canva and Photoshop
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience with selling products (business to business / B2B sales)
- Has experience implementing, scaling and expanding a B2B sales program
- Is super passionate about the sustainability movement
- Has experience in a startup environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
- Passion and drive to build the program into a large portion of the EarthHero business
- Excitement to bring new ideas to challenge the existing strategy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Drive to take initiative in creating and improving systems
- A vehicle which they can use to go to and from our local decorators
- Live in the Denver/Boulder Metropolitan Area, or be willing to relocate
This role regularly requires state and some nationwide travel, which is eligible for reimbursement in accordance with EarthHero policies. Scheduled hours are M-F, 8-5. Additional work outside of these hours may be required.
