SUMMARY

Purely Elizabeth is seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to support the Finance team by

delivering timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions. This applicant must be an

extremely organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full-cycle processing of Accounts Payable from receipt of invoice to payment via
• physical check/ACH
• Invoice customers daily to ensure accuracy of sales data
• Process cash receipts from customer
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up on aging accounts
• Reconcile bank statements
• Month-End close duties, as needed
• Other general accounting, financial or administrative functions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-3 years of experience in accounting or related field, preferably in natural food industry
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (preferred)
• Detail oriented and experienced in follow-through and completion of projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Boulder/Denver based

• Salary range is $45k - $60k, commensurate with experience
