Summary
InClover is seeking a Sales & Marketing Project Coordinator who will be the key support linchpin for the sales and marketing team as well as responsible for customer education and project initiatives. The Sales & Marketing Project Coordinator should be self-motivated, organized, with experience in customer collaboration, relationship building, event and promotional lifecycle management and product education. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pets, science, community, and sustainability. The position will report to the Director of Sales and work very closely with the Company President.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the implementation of educational programs, initiatives, tools, and events outlined by the sales and marketing team.
- Point person for outside marketing contractor with responsibility for measuring and reporting key analytics to the Company president.
- Provide liaison support between the customer, sales team and warehouse around order processing and changes.
- Continually improve internal and external business relationships by communicating and implementing systems to meet evolving needs.
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with customer buyers.
- Lead new customer set up process.
- Track and report sales numbers, trends, and promotional progress through QuickBooks and HubSpot platforms.
Supervisory Responsibility - Marketing interns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar
- 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, customer support or other relevant position.
- Experience working with QuickBooks.
- Experience working with HubSpot.
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Shopify, and WordPress.
- CPG experience, pet industry experience a plus.
- Available to travel, up to 5% of time, including weekends if needed.
