The Cresicor Professional Services Finance team is a newly defined pillar within Customer Success. We are looking to drive client value by providing financial support through distributor/retailer back-up retrieval, collections, and transaction processing. We are seeking a hardworking, bright, and energetic accounting professional experienced in CPG trade management to join the Customer Success team! If you're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and technical aptitude, you'll fit right in. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and help shape our customer's journey to the Cloud. We need someone who has lived on the front lines of Small to Midsize Business (SMB) Trade, helping these companies better understand, optimize, and analyze trade dollars.

What You'll Achieve

• Work alongside the co-founder to build a scalable platform that drives disputes metrics by customer, client, type of trade spend
• Manage submission of disputes for select clientele
• Play integral part in building disputes platform with developers
• Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to improve the deduction dispute process
• Calculate monthly commission statements
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Customer Success - Technology Enabled Services department

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management
• CPG Industry experience is required
• Deductions, collections, reconciliations and general trade finance experience is required
• Experience with TPM software is an added bonus!
• Technical prowess with SaaS products preferred
• Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills
• Eager to learn and fosters a desire to serve customers and create win-win partnerships
• A GSD attitude and the willingness to change processes and methods as we evolve
