Headline: This position coordinates materials for Coleman’s in-person and virtual training events and manages the packing and shipping of materials using UPS for Shipping and FedEx for printing. This is a full-time status position with a minimum of 26 hours a week up to 40 hours per week.
Pay: $17-19 per hour + $2.5 - 4K annual retention bonus/vehicle subsidy based on reliability, dependability, attention to detail, and efficient work style.
Position Objectives:
Provides support to Coleman Associates project managers for their training events. This position updates our materials database, our email database (MailChimp), ensures timely production of training materials, and helps to maintain inventory, and keeps track of supply and equipment coordination. All of this is done so employees and associate subcontractor trainers feel immense Coleman support and so that clients rave about their cohesive, timely, impeccable, branded Coleman experience. *This is an excellent entry-level position with the opportunity for growth! Position Expectations:
This is a 26-40 hour per week position. Hours are highly flexible. This position requires a self-motivated self-starter, with good communication skills (both written and spoken), experience on Microsoft Office suite of products such as Word and PowerPoint, and navigation through our Google Drive document storage system.
Education/Skills:

✔ Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Documents

✔ Strong communication skills and ability to share messages fluidly with project managers to ensure success

✔ Strong organizational skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to capture key information quickly and translate that into a working task list.

Work Environment/Physical and Mental Demands
✔ Requires a full range of body motion including sitting, standing, and walking for extensive periods of time.
✔ Occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds may be required.
✔ Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people.
✔ Irregular hours as required.
✔ Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license.
