Tecovas is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to handle day-to-day project management of a wide variety of design, photo, video, and content requests. Reporting directly to the Marketing Program Director, you will work closely with a team of copywriters and designers, along with crossfunctional stakeholders to take ownership of projects, ensuring they are planned, submitted, and completed on time.
This position is based out of Austin, TX but will have the ability to work from home and in-office.
What you’ll do:
- Receive and review creative briefs and project requests related to design, copy, video, and content
- Coordinate trafficking and approval routing of projects
- Manage assigned projects, ensuring successful project completion against strategy and deadlines
- Build and maintain project schedules, including identifying projects at risk of missing deadlines, assessing and escalating issues as needed
- Communicate expectations and action items throughout the project life cycle with the creative and marketing teams
- Maintain a high-quality standard of branded work
- Assist team members on larger cross-functional projects and events as needed (ex: following up on task/project progress, project set up, etc.)
- Ensure all project-related files and materials are properly organized and archived upon completion
Experience we’re looking for:
- Project management, organization, and problem-solving skills with a drive for high-quality brand results
- Outstanding time-management and prioritization skills with extremely strong attention to detail
- Relevant degree/certifications in advertising, marketing, communications, and/or project management
- 2 - 4 years of project management, agency, in-house, or related experience
- Working knowledge of G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
