Job Overview

This role will primarily support the Operations team in all things associated with the management of SKUs and catalogs, transportation of finished products, data integrity, website maintenance, environmental standards compliance, and inventory.  The right candidate should be detail-oriented, uber organized, and able to effectively work cross-functionally with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams, freight forwarding partners, and factories.

What You’ll Do

  • Closely track and provide status updates of overseas shipments 
  • Create / manage documentation required for shipping / receiving of goods
  • Assist with GOTS and Fair Trade compliance processes
  • Ensure purchase orders accurately reflect packing lists
  • Operate as liaison between returns processing partner (Happy Returns) and distribution center
  • Identify areas for improvement in SOP’s
  • Develop and implement reporting to support various cross-functional teams
  • Provide marketing with new product updates and tracking for incoming shipments
  • Assist distribution center with receipts by providing accurate forecasts and shipment details 
  • Monitor inventory levels closely and create actionable plans to improve inventory management
  • Proactively manage data integrity and assess how data management can be streamlined
  • Assist with the creation of SKU’s for eCommerce business as well as wholesale accounts
  • Execute updates to the website provided by marketing and product development
  • Track item costs each season from factories to identify areas of improvement

About You

  • Strong computer technical skills (Microsoft Excel, etc)
  • Capable of maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms
  • Experience with NetSuite a +
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude ← super important!
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Confidently prioritize and identify solutions in a timely manner
  • Interest in sustainability a must

Compensation

  • Estimated to be $50k-60k per year; bonus opportunity up to 10% of salary* 
  • Comprehensive health benefits, partially company sponsored 

*This is a good-faith estimate of the salary range; final compensation level will be commensurate with experience.
