Full Job Description

Sales & Customer Service Specialist

This position requires working in our office in Boulder, CO.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated, reliable, organized, and experienced Sales & Customer Service Specialist. This role will be Krimson Klover’s liaison to our customers and other companies we do business with. The point of contact (resource) for customers, sales reps and brand management. This person must be diligent, able to work well with others, have excellent communication skills and have prior experience in customer service and/or sales. You must be a creative problem solver and be very organized.

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide an excellent customer experience for both wholesale and consumer retail customers
  • Manage customer questions and support via phone, email
  • Be a strategic problem solver. 
  • Work with Quickbooks, NuOrder, Shopify, Excel
  • Review and enter wholesale customer purchase orders, process shipments, track freight and create invoices.
  • Work with Credit Manager on customer shipment/credit terms 
  • Assist with returns and exchanges, create credit memos
  • Stay updated on product knowledge from season-to-season
  • Work cross-functionally within the team by providing useful insight, recommendations, and solutions
  • Prepare summary reports of all customer support issues
  • Prepare summary reports of open sales orders monthly
  • Prepare summary reports of Accounts Receivable at month-end
  • In addition to invoicing, create and send weekly statements to wholesale customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Ski / outdoor industry experience a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • MS Office expert, familiar with Quickbooks Enterprise and NetSuite a plus
  • Role is based in KK's Boulder office (not remote)
