Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Operations and Supply Chain team.   As Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers and distributors. This entails proactively working with our customers on delivery of orders to meet the customers’ needs to the highest standards.  You will work closely with our internal operations and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely communications.  This means a high level of detail and follow-through to ensure Ancient Harvest and Pamela’s delivers outstanding customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customers’ orders for all Ancient Harvest and Pamela’s product portfolio. Our major customers are UNFI, Walmart, KEHE, and Kroger.
  • Proactively communicate with customers on order cuts, shorts, delays or any other issues.
  • Coordinate delivered orders via requests through our 3PL and freight brokers.
  • Ensure customers’ orders are delivered in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our production planners, logistics specialist and 3rd party warehouse to prioritize orders and production plans.
  • Manage Amazon orders via Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central. Confirm and communicate adjustment to Amazon orders in Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Communicate with our internal sales teams on supply related issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues with orders such as EDI errors or pricing discrepancies.
  • Manually enter orders for smaller customers not using EDI.
  • Transact shipment of orders accurately in our ERP system.
  • Ensure high level of data accuracy on orders in our ERP system.
  • Work with the finance team to manage any issue with processing orders or invoicing.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics or a supply chain role.
  • Experience managing customer expectations.
  • Experience working with 3PL’s and logistics companies.
  • Experience maintaining accurate data in account/ERP and EDI systems.
  • Experience working and thriving in a lean environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills & attention to detail.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
