Playing a vital role in the 828 family, the Marketing & Sales Manager will provide marketing & sales vision and executional excellence. This position is fast-paced and provides tremendous opportunity to be a part of an ambitious team that fosters personal development, creativity and passion.
Core Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a marketing guru that is able to:
- Build a brand that speaks to our target customers
- Develop our marketing strategy & execution including partnerships, influencers, giveaways, promotions
- Manage social channels and grow our organic follower base
- Build venue-level marketing strategies & programs to be executed by the venues
- Create well-written content, with understanding of SEO principles
- Nice to have: proficient in SEO strategy/execution & paid digital advertising
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing within a consumer goods or services industry
- A prolific generator of marketing ideas with a willingness to experiment in a measurable way
- Proven track record of paid, digital and content Marketing
- Experience managing a brand’s social media platforms
- Content creation skills
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot problems with immediate resources
- Believes in the values: team comes first; it’s critical to stay human at all times; change is exciting & good; always acts as an owner; and that results are always accomplished
- Must be authorized to work in the US
