Brief Summary of Job
Full Job Description

Playing a vital role in the 828 family, the Marketing & Sales Manager will provide marketing & sales vision and executional excellence. This position is fast-paced and provides tremendous opportunity to be a part of an ambitious team that fosters personal development, creativity and passion.

Core Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be a marketing guru that is able to:

  • Build a brand that speaks to our target customers
  • Develop our marketing strategy & execution including partnerships, influencers, giveaways, promotions
  • Manage social channels and grow our organic follower base
  • Build venue-level marketing strategies & programs to be executed by the venues
  • Create well-written content, with understanding of SEO principles
  • Nice to have: proficient in SEO strategy/execution & paid digital advertising

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within a consumer goods or services industry
  • A prolific generator of marketing ideas with a willingness to experiment in a measurable way
  • Proven track record of paid, digital and content Marketing
  • Experience managing a brand’s social media platforms
  • Content creation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems with immediate resources
  • Believes in the values: team comes first; it’s critical to stay human at all times; change is exciting & good; always acts as an owner; and that results are always accomplished
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
