We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to help manage and support a variety of our natural products industry clients, as well as participate in driving new business for the agency. Here’s a snapshot of the things you’ll be responsible for:
- Serve as day-to-day client contact; continually fostering our client-agency relationships to build trust and become a valuable and strategic resource and partner to clients
- Play key role in planning and implementation of account activities including, but not limited to, overall strategy and planning, integrated campaign and new product launches, media relations, media events, thought leadership, influencer engagement, social media, etc.
- Continually build understanding and knowledge of clients' business and competitive environments; apply this information in preparing and presenting strategically focused programs and recommendations
- Demonstrate strong ability to effectively develop a full range of written materials including client presentations, press releases, media pitches, editorial calendars, reports, etc.
- Develop and monitor client plans and budgets for profitability, report status to client and agency management on a regular basis
- Lead new business activities for the agency, including but not limited to proactive outreach to brands and organizations to earn new agency work, vetting of inbound opportunities, development of new business proposals and responses to RFPs, etc.
- Manage and oversee junior staff as well as hired contractors who support the agency’s client work
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU’RE A FIT?
- You’re ready to dive right in! We’re looking for a hungry, motivated and independent Account Supervisor who’s quickly ready to start working with our team
- You’ve had at least 5-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, digital strategy, or a related field, including experience independently managing clients. Experience can be either in-house or at another agency
- You excel at developing creative, integrated campaigns for clients and know how to break those ideas down into tactical plans
- You’ve got experience leading a team and/or contractors, as well as leading day-to-day client programming with multiple clients
- You have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- You are PUMPED about the idea of getting experience with an entrepreneurial agency team that’s dedicated to providing clients kick-ass, creative support
- You’re willing to do what it takes to get a job done, and done well. Our team has a kick-ass mentality, and we’re all down to do anything from building media lists to participating in strategy sessions to best service our clients
- When you reach for a snack, it’s typically one that’s free of weird stuff like pesticides and preservatives - you LOVE finding new natural foods to NOSH on
