Working with a nutritionist, Billy developed the recipes for our original line of delicious, clean protein drinks made with premium ingredients. ICONIC is looking for a hands-on, highly motivated individual to be the voice of the ICONIC brand. You will be responsible for customer service, CRM & influencer strategy, and manage all owned social media channels. This role will have a leadership role in the digital marketing strategies to cultivate long term brand growth. A deep and exceptional knowledge of trends across digital community platforms and the ability to fund synergies in marketing programs is crucial. This role will plan and optimize creative programming for ICONIC’s digital channels to generate reach and positive awareness for the brand.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Zendesk, TikTok, Facebook and IG expert. Experience managing business accounts and engaging with consumers who comment and inquire about the brand.
- Develop email funnel strategy and segmentations of consumers based on behavior and past purchase history.
- Develop and execute SMS and CRM strategies.
- Own the development and community cultivation of the FB and IG community. Grow engagement rates and other KPIs.
- Manage all customer service channels, engage with consumers and be the voice and tone of the brand.
- Manage all owned social media channels, including the planning, scheduling, and publishing of all owned content.
- Bring brand partnership to life with giveaways, events, etc.
- Be on the pulse of social media trends, new functionality, and marketing tactics.
- Constantly analyze successful content and provide growth metrics.
- Responsible for paid and earned influencer programs, including the affiliate program.
- Create and manage blogger/influencer campaigns, and recruit influencers to generate reach and positive awareness for ICONIC.
- Assist in planning & execution of all event
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree required.
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of consumer marketing experience with experience in customer service, social media & digital awareness campaigns. CPG experience is a plus for this role.
- Results-oriented self-starter with a proven record of excellent results in a fast-growth and always changing environment.
- Creative, innovative thinker who is organized and detail oriented.
- Team player and solution oriented.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills also must be an excellent listener.
