What Would You Say You Do Here?
No Cow is looking for a full-time eCommerce Coordinator to drive the execution of all aspects of the No Cow brand promotions on Amazon as well as Walmart.com. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, this position will implement new ideas and maintain product listings on Amazon and Walmart.com while implementing tactics to increase online product and brand performance. This position will execute new concepts by taking detailed steps toward our growth strategies. This role's prime candidate should be tech/internet savvy and extremely detail and process-oriented with stellar follow-up skills. They will also be someone who enjoys learning and isn't afraid to tackle new projects. This position is an eCommerce role, not a sales position nor a traditional marketing position. The main responsibilities include:
- Create promotional and communication flows and automation in line with the product launch strategy
- Partner with stakeholders within No Cow as well as with Amazon.com to execute the launch of products / new initiatives efficiently and successfully
- Build out promotional flows in the chat software, create audiences that correlate to the product, apply tags for relevant tracking and provide results reporting
- Create automation through Facebook's ad platform to synthesize platform performance metrics
- Support eCommerce team in monitoring and analyzing performance trends, page health, ratings, and reviews
- Compile and analyze sales trends and marketing performance in comparison with competitive landscape and provide strategic recommendations
- Work closely with Marketing and eCommerce team to develop detailed strategic plans and calendars to enable the successful launch of products across Amazon & Walmart
- Effectively communicate status updates on projects, and resolve project issues and escalations by presenting solutions and acknowledging roadblocks
- Maintain product assortment and various product listing pages, including keywords, creative assets, copy and video It’s an incredible time to be at No Cow, with rapid distribution expansion, new product innovation, and a growing team!
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience/understanding eCommerce
- Experience building Many Chat or Landbot flows
- Experience with Amazon strongly preferred
- Obsessed with details and super organized
- Excellent project management
- Proven track record of learning and mastering new technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Compensation: $45-60k, DOE
