<p>We provide transition planning, exit planning, investment banking, and wealth management services – all built exclusively for entrepreneurs. We have fun and build long-standing relationships with our clients, often working together for years before and/or after a transaction.</p>

<p>We work hard to help our clients achieve their vision. Your work in the following areas will ensure that our clients achieve their goals and maximize their valuation – whether they’re ready for sale today or in the future:</p>
<ul>
<li>Help optimize our transition planning business unit (Pathfinder) into a scalable productized service, building the infrastructure and continuously improving the content, team, and support around it</li>
<li>Serve as the lead point of contact for client executive communications with exceptional responsiveness, organization, attention to detail, and empathy</li>
<li>Lead clients through the Pathfinder program and apply a variety of advanced financial and strategic techniques to identify opportunities and potential risks and solve complex problems</li>
<li>Understand and identify trends across various segments based on information such as historical customer behavior, process flows, market analysis, supply chain costs and projections to provide insights to client executive teams and assist in their decision making</li>
<li>Offer thought leadership and challenge conventional views to unlock key strengths and opportunities</li>
<li>Develop and present strategic plans to executives</li>
<li>Implement strategic plans within clients’ environments; guide teams that may be averse to change. This may include project management, process improvement, product rationalization, etc.</li>
<li>Manage third party contractors to ensure high quality results for clients</li>
<li>Consistently maintain outstanding customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Class VI investment banking team for a smooth client handoff from a transition to a sale phase, always considering the entrepreneur’s goals and customer service</li>
<li>Contribute to our growth by leveraging our core value “relationship” and attending networking events, building our brand and network</li>
<li>Constantly help to improve our culture, systems, and processes to ensure this is the best job you and your co-workers will ever have</li>
<li>Develop leadership skills, potentially hiring, training, inspiring, and leading Analysts, providing feedback on sensitive topics like performance or adherence to our values, as well as on their technical work and process matters.</li>

<p>The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years’ experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity or corporate development, with the ability to hold challenging conversations with decorum, empathy and executive presence. Preferred experience with:</p>
<ul>
<li>Driving key business strategies and consulting recommendations and implementations</li>
<li>Developing Business Model Strategy, Process Design, Communications Strategy and Management, Operating Model Development, Organization Strategy, or Value Analysis and Prioritization</li>
<li>Utilizing Analytical and Visualization tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and others</li>
<li>Working in diverse industries; ability to get up to speed with various businesses quickly</li>
<li>Must be willing to travel domestically</li>
<li>Managing complex and fast paced project engagements</li>
<li>Strong communication skills</li>
<li>MBA is a plus.</li>
<li>Authorization to work anywhere in the U.S.</li>
</ul>
<p>Target all-in comp of $140K - $200K, including base salary and target bonus. Generous benefits package offered.</p>
<p>Bonus compensation is tied to both overall firm performance (financial metrics, i.e., revenue target) and individual performance. In each of the last three years, the firm has hit its revenue target and paid out full target bonus amounts.</p>
