Full Job Description

Role: Sales Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time, non-exempt

Compensation: $22-$27/hr

Location: Boulder, CO

Reports To: Senior B2B Sales Manager

Company Requirements: Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated/ Boosted as defined by the CDC

About You: I am a detail-oriented individual looking to be a part of a high-performing team that takes pride in its ability to solve problems and achieve our goals.  Our Sales Coordinator position is a new role to support the reporting, data management, trade marketing logistics, and administrative needs of our B2B sales team.  The ideal candidate wants to learn, is comfortable communicating both internally and with customers or vendors, when needed, and is willing to help with any challenge the team faces.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate various reports for multiple purposes, including for independent rep sales and commissions, analysis of channel, product, or customer performance, and identifying trends
  • Manage data for customers and sales representatives
  • Field retailer inquiries for events, sponsorships, demos, samples, and general questions
  • Support B2B customers with eCommerce capacity in the updating of images and product information on their sites
  • Maintain updated B2B email list
  • Create and maintain sales order forms
  • Update and maintain organization of sales assets
  • Coordinate trade show supplies and logistics
  • Maintain competitive analysis database
  • Support the writing and submission of trade press releases
  • Order trade marketing materials
  • Cross-department coordination
  • Lead qualification and fact-finding research

Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency with email (Gmail), spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel), documents (Google Docs or Microsoft Word), and presentations (Google Slide or Microsoft Power Point)
  • Ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Position Definitions

  • Hybrid in office and remote work policy - Skratch Labs employees will be in person in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to foster connection and collaboration but the remaining days, work location, and schedule are flexible.
