Over the last 15 years, we have evolved from providing simple transaction advisory services to a full-service financial platform for entrepreneurs. Our services start in the years before a business owner is looking to sell their company and include transition/exit planning (our Pathfinder and CoPilot offers), investment banking (managing the actual sale transaction through our broker-dealer Class VI Securities), and personal wealth management services through our registered investment advisor family office (Class VI Family Office).
If your ideal career involves purpose-driven work with meaningful upside in an organization that has well above industry average job satisfaction, a caring team, and very happy clients, you might thrive growing with us as a Senior Analyst.
Your work in the following areas will ensure that our clients (entrepreneurs) get everything they deserve (and then some) as we help them plan for a successful deal:
- Conducting detailed financial modeling and analysis, valuation estimates, reports, client presentations, and other materials essential to understanding and tracking a business’ success and opportunities
- Managing clients by attending client meetings and serving as the lead point of contact for our client’s analysis and financial requests
- Assisting with all aspects of consulting services, managing timelines and third parties, research and data management and communications
- Contributing to innovation and improvement of internal processes and procedures
- Working closely with the investment bank team to seamlessly handoff relevant client information, communicating frequently and consistently to explore means to improve a client’s potential valuation
- Developing your leadership skills by training new Analysts and conducting peer review of their work
- Other duties as assigned
We provide growth planning, exit planning, investment banking, and wealth management services – all built exclusively for entrepreneurs. We have fun and build long-standing relationships with our clients, often working together for years before and/or after a transaction.
We have an incredibly talented team that provides excellent client service (measured in client reference-ability and our Net Promoter Score). And we are continuously growing, which provides growth and development opportunities for our team.
Our Core Purpose drives all we do:
Entrepreneurs and the good they do for our communities make the world better in innumerable respects. We serve entrepreneurs so they can continue the good work they do in their businesses and communities.
We live by these Core Values:
- Hustle: Our clients appreciate us because they know we have their backs, that we will work tirelessly to help them achieve their dreams, and our attentive responsiveness makes each client feel like they are our only client.
- Humility: Instead of the approach of being the “smartest people in the room” that many investment banks take, we never lose our humility, seek to expand our perspective and learn from others, and have a driving desire to always grow personally and professionally.
- Relationships: We demonstrate our commitment to our clients and each other daily, always being there to help each other, with our focus on being there for our clients whether a deal happens or not, and our commitment to always doing the right thing, even when it hurts.
