If so, you might be a great fit with us as Operations Specialist. This is a brand new role, so you'd get to shape it. As right hand to a Founder/Managing Director and to the Director/Head of the Investment Bank division, you would handle everything from coordinating travel and meetings to finding ways to increase operational efficiencies in the organization to enabling seamless sales operations and more. Your contributions would be highly valued, as they would enable us to continue making the greatest difference for our clients and each other.

We provide growth planning, exit planning, investment banking, and wealth management services – all built exclusively for entrepreneurs. We have fun and build long-standing relationships with our clients, often working together for years before and/or after a transaction.

What we’ll expect from you and what you'll be doing:

  • Contributing to our company's growth by entering prospect data into our CRM (Salesforce), setting them up for appropriate marketing campaigns, and sharing campaign results/reports.
  • Maintaining our excellent reputation for responsiveness and caring by joining calls with prospective clients, taking notes on the discussions and action items, and preparing follow-up emails.
  • Increasing our operational efficiency by participating in Salesforce improvement implementations and creating other software efficiencies.
  • Providing a phenomenal client experience by arranging meetings when multiple parties are required, supporting events/meetings hosted by Class VI at the office – invitations, food, drinks, logistics, etc.
  • Helping us to focus on providing the best possible service to our clients by booking/planning our travel, managing our calenders, providing reminders for upcoming events, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as required for support.

Job requirements

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in supporting executives in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software very quickly and independently (experience in Salesforce a plus)
  • Authorization to work anywhere in the US
  • Local candidates only (this is primarily an in-office position)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred (but not required).
  • Reliability (in availability, work quality, and meeting deadlines without reminders), and a self-starter with a need for very little direction (yet able to ask good clarifying questions to confirm understanding of assignments), with an ability to anticipate needs
  • Extreme attention to detail and organization, excellent written communication skills, strength in managing expectations and risks, follow up, proactive communication, and managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourcefulness and an ability to learn quickly on your own through research (including technology, industries, and roles), with a holistic love of lifelong learning

Salary of $60-80K, plus benefits package including health and dental insurance (some employee contributions may apply), 401(k) with employer 3% safe harbor match, and a flexible vacation policy.
