OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
 
Reporting to the Global Content Marketing Director, you will execute our comprehensive communications strategy to support our brand through powerful copy in digital channels, email, campaign assets and go-to-market programs. You will use your advanced writing and storytelling skills to create and run copy across a variety of platforms that inspires our customers and community. You will also regularly identify creative solutions to gaps in our communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to support our marketing strategy and build the BOA® brand.
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Regularly role model BOA’s values to your team and others
  • Use your advanced writing, storytelling and editing skills to create many different types of content and support the larger goals of the global Marketing team
  • Synthesize technical product information and complex product features into presentation-worthy talking points and catalog copy
  • Support our digital communications by creating copy for email, blog and website, and support the Social Media Manager on large-scale campaigns, boosted posts, and highly visible communications
  • Support brand communications by creating media sheets and press releases for new product launches,  crafting corporate communications, and supporting internal messaging led by the Brand Marketing team
  • Assist the Digital and Campaign Managers in building and bringing an editorial calendar to life that covers news from our Performance Fit Lab and Pioneers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of copy experience at an agency, media outlet or in-house brand
  • An exceptional portfolio that shows strong copywriting extensions from core brand strategy (this will be required in the online application)
  • Advanced editing skills and an insatiable desire to correct all typos
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people around the world
  • Proficiency with content management platforms for email marketing and website builds
  • Desire to learn about the technical features and capabilities of our products, and how these apply to the markets we operate within
  • A creative approach to how you look at problems, generate ideas and determine the best step forward
  • Comfort using your advanced organizational skills to manage multiple projects within established deadlines
OVERVIEW OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 
  • Budgeted salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
    • We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
    • This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus

  • BOA Denver is a “Fully Vaccinated Facility”, and we require at least 95% of our employees to be fully vaccinated. We will consider all medical and religious exemption requests.
