Brock USA is a fun, fast-paced company in the sports and construction industries, and we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our strong Customer Happiness Team (CHT). This person will be providing excellent customer service, supporting the Senior Sales and Operations Specialist with overflow projects, assisting Sales VPs in an administrative capacity, and managing project quotes/orders/shipments.
With customer happiness as our goal, we are looking for a Customer Happiness Coordinator to assist with the following:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and all correspondence professionally; screen for Sales VPs and Execs
- Create multiple project quotes from templates for customers and Brock Sales VPs upon request
- Sales support for multiple remote Brock Sales VPs as requested or assigned
- Offer stellar Customer Service to anyone calling, emailing, website chatting or contacting Brock USA
- Friendly and helpful disposition, relates well with others
- Become adept in handling International BrockFILL orders, updating Brock-PRO database as needed
- Help maintain HubSpot CRM project list, in coordination with Sales VPs
- Proficient at working with multiple factories/entities, with multiple product lines
- Adept at balancing various time-sensitive requests, and adaptable to a dynamic workload
- Liaison between customers & factories for logistics/timing of orders/ product delivery details
- Skilled at reprioritizing/shifting duties on the fly as needed, organized to get back to original items
- Administrative duties as requested, e-filing documents and information in correct locations
- Attentive to multiple details, some repetitive re-quoting and invoice reviewing for approval
- Participate in weekly Factory Zoom calls, Customer Happiness Team weekly meetings
- Experience with Databases, Excel, HubSpot, Slack, Website Chat and/or Zoom a plus but not required
- Experience with international orders, paperwork requirements and international logistics a plus
- Experience and desire to be working in a team environment a big plus – communication is key
- Travel as needed, including annual Colorado Sales Meeting; represent Brock at our Brock Seminars
- Assist with vacation coverage for other Customer Happiness Team Members (will be reciprocated!)
