Full Job Description

Handit2 is seeking a talented and experienced director of sales to lead our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales, and/or experience working in advertising, marketing, and/or consumer packaged goods fields. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting our annual sales targets with plenty of flexibility to focus on brands and accounts that are of particular interest to you.

Your duties will include developing strategic sales plans, focusing on brands with high strategic relevance, prospecting, and preparing proposals for leads you nurtured or that came into the business organically. 

Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Establish a sales training program to train new employees

  • Technical: computer skills, data entry skills, phone skills, filemaker, gmail, google calendar, google drive, ability to resolve your own computer issues (either yourself or a helpful spouse/sibling/child/friend!)
  • Personal: verbal communication, customer focus, customer service, building relationships, people skills, interpersonal savvy, problem solving
