RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve our clients by…

• managing all facets of venue enrollment in Handit2 sampling campaigns

• • managing outbound email and call center campaigns

• managing inbound phone and email inquiries from participating sampling venues
  (small businesses like daycare centers, health clubs, yoga studios, etc)
• resolving problems (or escalating problems you can’t resolve)
• fulfilling requests
• maintaining conversation notes in database
