Flatirons Construction is seeking a Director of Ops who can help execute the vision of the Senior leadership team.
You will be the key driver to grow, scale and improve our organization. You will develop current employees and when needed grow the team to support goals of revenue growth and profitability.
You will work with the Controller to ensure that opportunities for efficient construction are capitalized upon.
Vast experience in both commercial and residential construction, including means and methods of construction as well as estimation and project management essential.
Must be an exceptional collaborator and communicator with the
ability to provide direction, guidance and leadership to a diverse team of both the administrative and field teams.
