Epicurean Butter Company, is a market-leading manufacturer of flavored butters for the retail and foodservice industries.  Founded in 2004 and located in the Denver, CO metropolitan area, Epicurean Butter enables consumers, personal chefs and foodservice professionals to bring restaurant quality flavors into their own kitchens without additional prep-time or cooking knowhow. POSITION REPONSIBILITIES

• Support the maintenance needs of the organization by responding to the mechanical failures of the equipment in a timely manner and achieve agreed upon metrics for maintenance downtime in production
• Required to work closely with maintenance and production, a hands-on lead with the responsibility for installing and maintaining current and new equipment.
• Planning, supervising and collecting information as PMs are performed
• Set up and assemble production and packaging equipment
• Keep a detailed report of all safety concerns and incidents to include corrective action
• Communicate effectively and professionally with the production team
• Identify, track and execute work orders and maintenance log
• Maintain and utilize relationships with outside maintenance vendors as necessary

QUALITFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

• Maintenance Certifications up to date
• English (reading and writing), Basic Mathematics, Bi-Lingual (Spanish, reading and writing) highly preferred
• Overall knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC and HVA systems
• Goal oriented team player, reliable and punctual, resilient, empathetic, highly adaptive to change

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, preferably in a related business and on related equipment
• Safety training, proficiency and support
• SQF experience a plus
