Full Job Description

Summary
The Procurement & Inventory Lead reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for managing inventory, purchasing, material and production planning for manufacturing. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of completing best practices consistently while multitasking with efficiency and accuracy to stay ahead of business demand. You will be accountable for a balanced scorecard of objectives, including inventory efficiency, order fulfillment, quality, and cost. In addition to the procurement and inventory role, you will be collaborating with the InClover team streamlining operations, handling procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute and manage purchase orders and material movements to efficiently fulfill customer, retailer, and distributor orders on-time.
• Collaborate with ingredient and component partners to ensure that the highest quality materials offer timely supply with the best value while keeping NASC quality standards in precise focus.
• Maintain oversight of InClover and manufacturers’ inventory while identifying opportunities to streamline processes with respect to best practices.
• Manage data in QuickBooks Enterprise for products, sourcing materials, item classification,
manufacturing, and finished good parameters.
• An expert in inventory, procurement, and related functionality within business operations.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team surrounding inventory control processes, initiating cycle counts, posting adjustments, and ensuring that proper controls and processes are followed.
• Communicates production scheduling, delays, and deadlines with InClover team.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external channels to plan new product launches, phase out old product and minimize expired product inventory with respect to FIFO.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications and Key Attributes
• Bachelor’s is preferred, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business. Or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 3 years of interdisciplinary operational work experience that demonstrates
progressively increasing levels of responsibility within a team setting.
• Proven sourcing and decision-making ability tailored with negotiation skills.
• Experience handling product lifecycle within an ERP system is a must.
• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is preferred.
• Robust problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills while being highly organized.
• Proficient in MS Excel Reporting and MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, a champion of systems and handling procedures, collaborative and flexible
taking pride in the accuracy and quality of work completed.
• Ability to thrive in a lean, dynamic environment using organizational skills to multi-task,
prioritize and manage time effectively.
• CPG experience a plus.

• Flexible Work Schedule with a 2 day/week remote option after 90 days, Generous PTO, Performance Bonus, Profit Based Bonus Plan, Competitive Healthcare, and matching IRA benefits.
• Salary range $45,000-$52,000.
